Same here, there must be something seriously broken as AppStore Connect swallowed up a build. (Uploaded fine but never showed up in it) then when I uploaded a new one it took 1h to send the "received" confirmation email, at which point I also received about 10 AppStore Connect notifications & missing emails.
This says everything is good, but it really isn't the case:
